1. Ignore the bad behavior and reward the good behavior.
2. Click the second the dog is sitting on the ground and give a treat. The main thing is good timing and click exactly when the dog sits on the ground.
3. Eventually the dog will realize that jumping up will not get them what they want (attention), but sitting will.
